Brackets attach your tubing to the bar and/or floor, which provides stability for the foot rest. There are three standard types of foot rest brackets; basic bar brackets, floor mounting brackets and combination style brackets.

Basic bar brackets mount to the front of your bar. These brackets are attached easily with a bolt.

Floor mount bar brackets are mounted into your floor with screws, so the foot rest is supported by the floor, instead of the face of the bar. They work best on a hardwood floor.

The most popular foot rest bracket, the combination bar bracket, mounts both to the floor and face of the bar, offering the most stability and strength for your foot rest.
